Mr. Prasad Sakhamuri

S.V.N. Prasad is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 24 years of distinguished experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management. He has spent the last 11 years in executive leadership roles, notably serving as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) across multiple organizations.
Prasad holds both a Master of Commerce (M.Com.) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Applications (B.Com.), and brings a strong international perspective to his work, having held key financial positions in six countries: Nigeria, Ethiopia, Canada, the Philippines, Zambia, and India.
His career includes notable tenures as Group CFO at Allied Chemicals and Avon Ind Plc in Ethiopia, and previously at Angel Group in Kano, Nigeria. He began his professional journey in India, where he worked with esteemed firms such as TATA and Capgemini until January 2014. Most recently, he served as Finance Head for Sonnex, part of the Mohinani Group in Lagos, Nigeria.
In July 2025, Prasad joined the Clean Energy Group as Group CFO, bringing with him a wealth of financial expertise and strategic insight to support the organization’s growth and sustainability goals
