Mr. Daniele Sechi

Daniele Sechi started his career in Nuova Detas Spa, a counterbalanced forklift truck manufacturer owned by his father in 1998. He ran the Research & Development Department for two years and subsequently oversaw the new complementary business of importing in Italy ROCLA OYJ products (warehouse trucks) through Nuova Detas in the following two years.

From 2001 to 2005 together with his dad, Daniele set up and supervised a joint venture company in China for a new production plant in Dongguan (Guangdong province), which ended in 2005 with a facility producing 400 units per year. He concurrently worked between 2003 to 2007 on a JV in Curitiba (Brazil) for a new production plant, developing and producing a specific forklift model for Brazilian market.

In 2006 he again set up a second company, Detas Rent Sri, fully owned by Nuova Detas Spa which focused on sales, renting and maintenance of fork lifts in Friuli Venezia Giulia region and continued to manage various European engineering companies in the capacity of Managing Director. He joined Cummins Power Generation Nigeria Limited in 2014 as Managing Director and from there he moved to CE Power Solutions Limited in 2021 as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer. Daniele is a crucial team member and has continued to developing long-term business relationships within and outside the industry which has to a large extent grown the business. Daniele is a trained engineer and has over 20 years’ experience in the management of companies.
